This blog’s all about the white winter in Antwerp. And of course, the warm, fuzzy outfits that go along with the cold winter weather. Personally, I find this season cold, dark and depressing, although this year, the experience was different altogether. Winter was unique, for years now, Antwerp hasn’t had snow. On a December morning, we finally witnessed snowfall for days on end. It was cold, yet beautiful. Something every person in Antwerp was longing for. A realization I had this time: “A snowflake is winter’s butterfly”.
The thing I loved most about this season: I was able to stay home with my family and do my work in a warm and cozy place.
This winter started with full of fun, love, and happiness. As you can see in the video above, I was totally captured by the beautiful white snowflakes. Just watching the snow fall in its place was so peaceful, either in silence or with music on.

I love fur jackets but because I am against killing animals, the jackets I wear do not use fur from animals. I have a few jackets that go so well together with the snow and are the perfect combination of smart-wear and warm-wear. As you know, I am fond of all the trendy clothes in stores, and each time I went shopping, I saw that most stores were promoting fur jackets and a deeper love for them grew.
I love the feeling of furry jackets – the soft, fluffy, and cushiony feeling that keeps you warm and stylish.
You can find different kinds of furry jackets in all stores. The sale time is perfect because you can get them at a reasonable price, so go and grab it. In Antwerp, I saw beautiful variations of jackets, boots, mittens, scarves in the following stores – Pinko, Lui Jo, Coton Store, Maje, Sandro and many more. If you want more high-end, pricey jackets, you cannot miss Verso Antwerpen.
Finally, the first snowfall was the reason I fell in love with winter. It was my incentive to go out and buy cute hats, gloves and jackets and warm winter outfits. Don’t sit around at home, it’s sale time – go and grab your favorite jackets and other accessories. Enjoy your beautiful winter, wherever in the world you are.
